Most leaders want to support inclusion.
But when conversations about race, gender, or identity come up, many hesitate — worried about saying the wrong thing, or not knowing how to respond. That hesitation slows down trust, decision-making, and progress.
The Inclusion Confidence Accelerator is a live, interactive programme designed to change that. Designed to give you the skills and language to, step into challenging conversations without freezing or fumbling.
It’s also a practice space to turn awareness into action… and action into real impact at work.
This isn’t theory. It’s a safe, supportive space to ask questions, and build confidence you can use immediately.
Over 4 sessions you'll learn:
Frames of reference: how our perspectives are formed — and how to work skilfully across differences
Racialisation and power structures: understanding race and racism, language, history, context and everyday practices that build equity
Gender, sex, and sexuality: understanding complexity and creating respectful norms and safety for all
Bringing it together: facilitating trickier conversations with clarity, courage and confidence, and how to handle it when we inevitably make mistakes!
You’ll leave each week with a deeper understanding, practical tools and simple actions to apply immediately.

In my work with leaders, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: people who care deeply about inclusion still hesitate to join certain conversations. They worry about saying the wrong thing, causing offence, or simply not having the right words.
That hesitation creates silence — and silence holds organisations back.
I designed the Inclusion Confidence Accelerator as a practical, supportive space to change that. It’s not about learning the “perfect” answer. It’s about building the confidence to listen, to speak with respect, and to stay present when the topics get tricky.

Yes!
All sessions will be recorded and a copy will be shared with everyone who booked a place within 48 hours (ideally).
So if you can’t make a session - don’t worry! You can watch the replay.
Please note the recording will also be uploaded to a private YouTube channel within 30 days of the webinar being held so that it can remain available to you indefinitely.
Please remember this when asking questions or sharing any potentially sensitive information during the session.
The chat content will not be shared at any time, but you will receive a pdf copy of slides and notes, and workbook materials.

No.
Sorry, but all AI note takers will be removed from the session prior to it starting. We’ve had problems in the past with less than honourable people sending their note takers to Katie’s sessions and then repurposing the material as their own.
This just isn’t cool in our book, so we’ve got a standard rule.

Yes.
Like all good rules, there is an exception.
If you require your note taker to be permitted to the session as an accessibility tool, just make this known on your booking or pop us an email and we will make sure you’re sorted. We can also talk about other support that might be needed in terms of sessions transcripts etc if required. Just give us a shout!

I will always take any and all reasonable steps I can to make sure everyone can access the session content.
Trainings are held via Zoom. Closed Captions can be turned on by any delegate within the platform. Although I have no control over the accuracy of the transcription. Sorry.

All questions are welcome and there will be plenty of time to ask anything you like.
As the session is recorded please make sure to only ask questions that you will be happy for everyone to know the details of! If you want to submit a question in confidence you can do this by sending it to hello@katieallenconsulting.com with the subject line of “session question”. I will then make sure to answer it in a generic way, or explicitly cover it in the general content.
