COACHING: 1:1 - GROUP - BESPOKE

Build confidence in how you navigate difference…

The world has changed.

Polarising opinions feel more prevalent.

Language feels more important.

And every workplace is navigating what that actually means.

Maybe you’ve realised how you show up matters more now than ever.

Maybe it's a new role, or you’ve noticed a pattern you keep repeating.

Maybe it's a difficult conversation you've been avoiding.

Whatever it is, it’s the knowing that something as to change that’s often the reason people reach out.

Not just because something feels wrong, but because you want to understand your own perspectives better, and be able to navigate difference with more confidence. To stop simply managing conflict and actually start to embrace or even enjoy difficult conversations.

That's what this coaching is about.

What this coaching gives space for…

This is space to do your own work. To understand your own frame of reference. To be honest about what you're afraid of, and most importantly, where you're ordinary and imperfect.

From here, we explore the patterns you keep repeating. The shortcuts your brain has learned. The echo chambers that shape your reality. And how those are impacting the way you show up - with difference, with disagreement, and with people who think differently to you.

Critically, we work on what it actually takes to navigate that with confidence. You don’t need to change who you are, you can simply understand yourself better and change the ways you choose to respond.

Sometimes that's preparing for a specific conversation.

Sometimes it's noticing a pattern that needs interrupting.

Most of all, it's about deciding what kind of person you want to be, and what that actually requires.

The people this tends to resonate with…

Most of the people I work with share something in common: they care about how they show up in the world, and they're willing to do their own work.

They might be leaders carrying visible responsibility. They might be individual contributors noticing patterns. They might be teams wanting to navigate their collective difference better.

What they have in common is they're not looking for quick fixes or someone to tell them what to do.

They're looking to understand themselves better.

To question the assumptions they're operating from. To get curious about perspectives different from their own.

And they're ready to do something different as a result.

They're not looking to explore how to be a leader, manager, or team mate. They know that already.

They're looking for answers to the questions they’re nervous to ask out loud. The ones everyone is thinking, but no-one is talking about openly and honestly.

What I bring to the work…

I create a space where you actually feel safe to explore the messy, complicated stuff. The things you're nervous to say out loud. The patterns you notice but aren't sure if you should mention.

I notice things other coaches might miss, or wouldn't feel confident talking about even if they noticed it!

I'm real about my own perspective and my own mistakes, which means you don't have to pretend to have it all figured out either. I share educational content alongside the coaching, so you're learning frameworks and understanding why things are happening, not just processing your feelings.

My role is to be your thinking partner. To listen, and to do so with accountability but without judgement. To challenge when it matters. And to help you understand your own frame of reference so clearly that you can question the shortcuts your brain has learned and choose how you want to respond. Confidently.

This is about building your confidence from the inside out. Understanding yourself well enough that you can navigate complexity, disagreement, and difference — and actually enjoy the process while you’re at it!

What this looks like in practice…

Coaching is confidential and tailored to what you actually need.

1:1 Coaching

One-to-one sessions where we focus on your specific challenges, patterns, and perspectives. Some people work with me for a focused period around one particular issue. Others prefer ongoing support as their role or circumstances evolve.

Group Coaching

For teams or groups wanting to do this work together. You learn the frameworks, understand each other's perspectives better, and practise navigating difference as a collective. This builds real capability across the team or teams.

Bespoke Support

Sometimes you need something a little different. A combination of 1:1 and group work, tailored workshops alongside coaching, or support designed specifically for your organisation's context.

The structure is adaptable to what actually matters to you. How it works becomes clear once we start talking…

Embarking on a coaching programme with Katie was one of the best things I have ever done. From day one Katie made me feel safe and created such a trusted environment, I was emotional! All this happened on the very first hour and a half session with someone I had only met for 30 minutes!

This was to set the tone for the most incredible 6 sessions where I was able to explore, learn and determine what my next steps were in my career and life. I came away from every session feeling confident and empowered to drive my direction and strategy and ensure I was working towards my goals.

Where things usually begin…

If you've got this far I’m guessing it’s because something I’ve been saying is striking a chord with you.

It’s likely we need a chat.
